About this project

Designed in concert with designed infection control officers at San Jose Fire Department to allow for simplified tracking and reporting of exposures to potentially hazardous materials.

Highlights

• Built using Django and a MySQL database.
• Mobile responsive UI
• Provides reporting tools for firefighters and EMS in the field
• Generates reporting on county required forms for Santa Clara County
